Optional callbacks can be set via specific setter functions SCIPsetConflicthdlrCopy(), SCIPsetConflicthdlrFree(), SCIPsetConflicthdlrInit(), SCIPsetConflicthdlrExit(), SCIPsetConflicthdlrInitsol(), and SCIPsetConflicthdlrExitsol()
